the specifics

Work arrangement: 
Remote | Full-time

Work hours: US hours (EST), Mondays through Fridays

Requirements: Remote work-ready equipment (computer/laptop, headphones, high-speed internet)


  • Efficiently manage documentation and files related to sales (invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, etc.)

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team

  • Keep the database up to date

  • Respond to email and phone inquiries in a professional manner

  • Collaborate in the preparation of sales reports and performance analysis

  • Maintain an updated inventory record and monitor stock levels


  • No prior experience necessary

  • Organizational and attention-to-detail skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Basic knowledge of office tools, such as Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Results-oriented and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks
