ExoScout offers small to medium businesses recruitment and management services, also known as outsourcing or offshoring. We take care of scouting, hiring, training, onboarding, up to managing payroll and timesheets, while our partners have full control of day-to-day operations.

 How much would each remote employee cost us?

We adapt our pricing packages based on our clients' requirements. To learn more about our pricing, kindly contact us or book a call with our sales team so we can understand your needs and craft a proposal accordingly. 

Our clients’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We offer our partners a fourteen-day trial period to ensure client satisfaction. 

No need - we’ve got their payroll covered! We’ll send you monthly invoices for our service - that’s all you have to pay.

 What roles can I hire through ExoScout?

Our most common roles include virtual assistants, customer service representatives, account executives, and business development representatives, but we also take on the challenge of scouting more specialized roles like python developers, web designers, and even chief operating officers. If it’s a position we’ve hired for in the past, sure! We can send you a video so you can get an idea on the quality of candidates we select for our clients. Please fill out this form and we’ll send you a sample interview and a proposal.

This is highly dependent on how specialized the position is – most entry-level to mid-level positions normally take between one to three weeks, while highly specialized positions may take up to a month. Rest assured that we'll keep you updated on the process and inform you as soon as we find excellent candidates.

We will manage their timesheets and payroll – everything else you will have full control of, as with your own employees. 

As with any employee, we can’t guarantee they’ll stay for as long as you need them – people leave for different, sometimes uncontrollable reasons – but we can guarantee that we’ll do our very best to make sure we’re recommending the right people so that they’re unlikely to leave because of a mismatch.

We require providing our remote employees paid time off, accumulated for every month of service.

We also recommend incentivizing with commissions for sales positions, but this will of course be up to your discretion.

Part of our stringent recruitment process is assessing English proficiency. We only recommend candidates whose verbal and written English skills are globally competitive and can level with Americans. More and more people from around the world are excellent English speakers and we’d love to ease your worries on this!
