Our partner is a thirteen-year-old consumer electronics wholesaler based in the United States. Their mission is to provide best-selling products to resellers and distributors of all sizes around the world, with a focus on quality, service, and long-term business relationships.

Work arrangement: Remote | Full-time
Work hours: US hours (EST), Mondays through Fridays
Requirements: Remote work-ready equipment (computer/laptop, headphones, high-speed internet)

Responsibilities

    • Assist in performing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between internal records and bank statements

    • Post and process invoices in the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner

    • Verify invoice details and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place

    • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all payable transactions

    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes as needed

    • Help monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

    • Assist with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting when required

Qualifications

    • Must be fluent in English

    • Must have previous accounting experience

    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Time management and organizational skills

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
