Our partner is a thirteen-year old consumer electronics wholesaler based in the United States whose aim is to bring best-selling products to resellers and distributors of all sizes around the world.
the specifics
Work arrangement: Remote | Full-time
Work hours: US hours (EST), Mondays through Fridays
Salary range: Based on experience
Requirements: Remote work-ready equipment (computer/laptop, headphones, high-speed internet)
responsibilities
Leading all employees involved in the accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory and compliance
Helping create and implement an accounting process
Performing regular financial analysis and providing insights to the management team on areas for cost reduction, profit enhancement, and financial stability
Maintaining and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and preparing and submitting tax returns in a timely manner
Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Managing vendor and customer accounts, including invoice processing, payment verification, and resolving any financial inquiries.
qualifications
Must be fluent in English
Must have previous accounting experience
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Odoo (CRM) experience is a plus
