Our partner is a thirteen-year old wholesale electronics distribution company based in the United States whose mission is to bring the world's most innovative products to distributors and retailers around the world.



the specifics


Work arrangement: 
Remote | Full-time | Long-term

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm EST 

Requirements: Remote work-ready equipment (computer/laptop, headphones, high-speed internet)

responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the sales team to create a queue of outbound and sometimes inbound orders

  • Checking if orders are ready to be shipped

  • Coordinating packing, shipping, returning, receiving and inventory confirmations with our warehouse

  • Requesting any quotations necessary

  • Solving any paperwork or shipping problem a sales/purchase order might incur while travelling to the client or to us

  • Making any necessary changes regarding SO and PO on our CRM such as stock movements, tracking, document uploading, SKU creation, box creation or any remote solvable stock problem

  • Generating shipping labels, BOL and any other paperwork needed for the sales/purchase order

  • Generating freight/loose boxes insurance

  • Keeping track of all supplies needed by warehouse

  • Loves solving problems (including math!)

  • Able to be firm and assertive when situations require (e.g. when making followups, etc.)
