Our partner is a twelve-year old wholesale electronics distribution company based in the United States whose aim is to bring bestselling products to resellers and distributors of all sizes around the world.


the specifics


Work arrangement: Remote | Full-time

Work hours: 10-6pm EST

Salary range: USD 1,500 to 2,400/month depending on experience

Requirements: Remote work-ready equipment (computer/laptop, headphones, high-speed internet)

responsibilities

  • Discovering needs, recommending solutions, and planning and creating said solutions

  • Writing clean, functional code on the front-end and back-end

  • Working with development teams to ideate software solutions

  • Designing client-side and server-side architecture

  • Developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications

  • Writing effective APIs

  • Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

  • Fixing bugs or other coding issues

  • Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software

  • Creating security and data protection settings

  • Writing technical documentation

qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent role

  • Familiarity with common stacks

  • Extensive knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Python, PHP) and JavaScript frameworks

  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Organizational skills

  • An analytical mind

  • Knowledge of open-source software (e.g. Mautic, Odoo, Asterisk) is a plus
