This role collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing to maximize the creation of highly qualified sales opportunities.

the specifics
Work arrangement: Remote | Project-based
Work hours: Mondays through Fridays, US working hours (EST)
Requirements: Remote work-ready equipment (computer/laptop, headphones, high-speed internet)
responsibilities
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Driving strategic initiatives across BDR to increase profit contribution
Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies
Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Working strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
Seeking ways of improving the way the business operates
Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Creating email templates to be used in production for BDR
May need to create a BDR workflow for 2 companies
qualifications
Previous management experience
Experience creating workflows based on lead generation
Automate and create strategies in the department
The ability and desire to work in a challenging environment - you’re competitive and like to get the job done
Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
